Handy, practical yet elegant look bag. The material seems sturdy and water repellent. Useful with a few compartments to have better organization of stuff inside this medium size bag. Glad the bag comes with 2 types of strip. It's just the chain strip a bit short. It would be perfect if extend the length. Enlighten to have the practical & sweet bag while able to contribute towards sustainable livelihood of Mori moms.

How can I clean the bag?
It can be thrown into washing machine to wash, except for designs with silver bag hardware such as denim. For silver hardware bag designs, please hand wash.
For daily care, you can simply use wet wipes to wipe as the exterior and interior of the bag are crafted with water-resistant fabric.
Can I choose the chain strap? Is it free?
Select pearl, silver chain or gunmetal chain to pair with your Multi-Carry Crossbody Bag ;-) We have included our recommended pairing in product photo for your reference! If you wish to add on another design for chain strap, reach out to us at hello@moriofficial.com.
And yes, chain/pearl strap is included in the price of bag as part of the design of our bag!
What is the difference between Mori Utility 4-Way Bag and Mori Multi-Carry Crossbody Bag?
The former is a utility backpack that can also be carried in tote style, and fits laptop too! The latter is a crossbody bag that is smaller in size and designed to be able to carry as handbag or cute crossbody bag on days when you feel like dressing up!
