What are your delivery times for local Singapore?

Orders will be dispatched within 1-2 working days. Local courier delivery in Singapore takes 1-3 working days. For international deliveries, please check international delivery below.

For orders with name personalisation, we require additional 5 working days.

During sale and festive seasons, do take note that there may be a delay in deliveries.

*Kindly note that courier driver attempts 3 times delivery in total. Thereafter, it will be returned back to us.You are also responsible for correct address put in for order. For invalid address, courier will return parcel back to us.Once it is returned to us, you can choose to:- Self collect for free at 50 Kallang Pudding Road (5-8mins from Mattar MRT)- Have us resend to you by smartpac (if it's only 1 item in your order) at SGD3.8- Have us resend to you by courier at SGD5

Do you ship to Malaysia or other countries?

Yes we do! We love that our creations are going places!

Our order processing takes 1-2 working days.

International shipping rates and estimated time:

Malaysia:SGD6 (~MYR19) for ~2 items (up to 1kg), SGD15 (~MYR45) for ~4-5 items. Takes about 3-5 working days.Please note that you will be charged import tax when your total value of items exceed MYR500.

How much will shipping cost?

Domestic shipping in Singapore is S$3.8 flat rate.

Shipping to Malaysia is about S$6 (~MYR19) for up to 2 items and S$15 (~MYR45) for up to 4-5 items.

How do I track my delivery?

We send email notification to you once your order has been processed for dispatch. The email includes your tracking number and tracking URL which allows you to track your parcel status.

Please kindly check your spam mail box if you have not received your shipping tracking email, as sometimes our mail gets in there! Kindly mark us as "Not Spam" so you may receive timely updates from us. If you still do not find it, let us know and we will resend. 

What if my delivery address is incomplete?

Oh dear! Kindly email us with your order number and send us the complete address within the next 4 hours. Please put the subject title as < Incomplete Address>.  

We will be able to change the address before the order is being processed.

If the order is already processed, we will need to wait for the items to be returned before we can make the re-delivery. Once it is returned to us, you can choose to:
- Self collect for free at 50 Kallang Pudding Road (5-8mins from Mattar MRT)
- Have us resend to you by smartpac (if it's only 1 item in your order) at SGD3.8
- Have us resend to you by courier at SGD5

Can I do self collection or Grab/Lalamove pickup in Singapore?

Yes, you may opt for self collection.

The self collection point is at 50 Kallang Pudding Road (about 10mins walk from Mattar MRT).

You can use the SELFCOLLECT coupon code at checkout and book your appointmenthere.

Please indicate your order number when booking for self collection. Address details will be sent to you after appointment is booked.

What if I need my parcel urgently before your stated shipping time?

Kindly note orders with name personalisations will not be able to be processed urgently. You may add a gift box and we can write a gift message for you on complimentary gift card (indicate gift message under cart page).

Please contact us at hello@moriofficial.com to check and arrange if possible for you to do Grab/Lalamove pickup in Singapore. For overseas, we will check faster shipping options and quote the rates accordingly to you.

My Order

I have just made a purchase and accidentally ordered the wrong item or design?

If this happens, quickly email us at hello@moriofficial.com with your order number within 2 hours of your order being placed to ensure that we are aware of the changes.

We will do our utmost best to accommodate the changes.

However, if the order has been processed, we seek your understanding that we will be unable to make the changes for you!

The product/design I like is Out of Stock! What do I do?

You may email us at hello@moriofficial.com or DM us on Instagram on the item that you would like to purchase and we will update you if there will be future replenishments.

I did not receive my parcel! What can I do?

Please write to us at hello@moriofficial.com with your order number. If your tracking status shows delivered but you did not receive it, do check if you have missed calls/messages from courier driver and if it was received by a family member/others in the house. Otherwise, write to us and we will check with courier for you.

What if I receive wrong or defective product?

Please check your order within 7 days of receipt of parcel and contact us immediately at hello@moriofficial.com if you believe your item(s) received as defective, damaged, or incorrect. We may ask you to provide us with such reasonable assistance as we may require, including providing photos/videos of the item(s) so we can check on the issue and resolve it for you.

In the event that we ask you to return any item(s) to us, we will make the arrangements for such return (the costs of which will be borne by us). You should note that any item(s) that are defective, damaged or incorrect should be in its original purchase condition i.e. unworn, unwashed, unopened, unused, unmarked, and in its original packaging.

While being a social enterprise, we take feedback seriously as part of the improvement process to ensure quality work by Mori moms.

Kindly note that our products are handmade.

Why is there difference in my actual product received?

Please note that our creations are handmade- kindly allow slight size difference of 0.25 inches.

For colours, we try our very best to best represent the colours on our catalog product photos on each of our product pages. We also use product titles to best describe the colour. However, some colours of our materials such as greyish-green colour for our water-resistant fabric appears a little different under different lighting (indoor lighting - warm/cool and outdoor natural lighting). We thought the colour's cool like that too, and it has become one of our best-selling colour to match with in many designs! 

However, if you still find it not to your liking, our exchange policy allows you to exchange for a new item within 7 days of receipt of your order. Email us at hello@moriofficial.com for us to assist you! :) If you're in Singapore, we recommend to book appointment at our showroom to view the items yourself and exchange on the spot.

Returns, Exchanges, Refunds

I have a change in mind! Can I return, exchange or refund?

We understand sometimes you may have a change in mind and while we do not accept returns, we accept exchanges within 7 days of receipt of items! ☺

To make an exchange, email us at hello@moriofficial.com with your Order Number, Item(s) that you wish to exchange or if you wish to have store credits to be used within 3 months of exchange.

All returned items should be sent in their original condition and packaging and you will have to arrange for delivery of return of items back to us at your own cost (with tracking).

For exchange of physical items instead of store credit, only exchange for total higher value item(s) will be allowed and you will have to top up for the difference. There is a flat shipping fee of SGD5 for exchanges in Singapore, and ~USD15 for other international markets. Upon receiving of your items, we will take 2 working days to process delivery of new items and courier delivery time depends on your country destination (check order delivery sections for time needed above).

Name Personalisations

When can I receive my order if I have name personalisations in my order?

We need additional 5 working days to complete your name personalisation.

They are lovingly done by a local mother in Singapore. Please note the order processing time of 1-2 working days, and courier delivery lead time of 1-3 working days in Singapore.

How are name personalisations done?

They are done using embroidery machine by a local mother in Singapore.

Over the years, we have upgraded from acrylic paint stenciling to iron-on vinyl to now embroidery using embroidery machine. This is our commitment to improve our quality for name personalisations.
