A little story:
Goosey the Mama lays eggs. The rabbits, enchanted by how beautiful the eggs are, try to take them away. To protect her eggs, Mama Goosey gathers rocks and sits on them, believing they are her eggs. Whenever the little rabbits try to steal these rocks, she gets angry and chases them away.
When we observe nature, the people around us, and the mother figures in our lives, we witness the timeless love of mamas. They protect. They are imperfect—they see things they like and dislike about themselves in the mirror. But they choose to forgive themselves and others. They love, despite their imperfections.
Outer beauty may fade, but the wisdom and grace within them only grow stronger with time.
