Massive delay
I have ordered these items just in time for Christmas for my beloved partner. But despite being promised a 3-6 days delivery time, I have yet to receive the item even after 12 days. I am extremely disappointed with the service offered. And there has been no communication from the admin team as well despite the delay. Not going to repeat my order for the bitter Christmas experience.
