We dispatch within 1-2 working days from order.

We dispatch from Singapore- please do take note of any import customs duties, foreign taxes or other fees that may be imposed, which you will have to pay.

Returns

We understand sometimes you may have a change in mind and accept returns for store credits that never expire! ☺

To make a return, reach out to us at hello@moriofficial.com with your Order Number, Item(s) that you wish to return. All returned items should be sent in their original condition and packaging. 

Your return must reach us within 30 days from the date of delivery. There is a flat shipping fee of SGD4(~MYR12) for returns in Singapore and Malaysia, and SGD10 (~USD7.5) for other international markets. 

Refunds for Defects

We provide continual training with our Mori moms for sewing skills and quality checks to ensure quality for our creations. However, if you find any defects in product, please take a photo and send to us at hello@moriofficial.com within 2 days upon receiving products, and we will work with you from there. While being a social enterprise, we take feedback seriously as part of improvement process to ensure quality work by Mori moms. Kindly note that our products are handmade with love ☺
