Super love the item! Been eye-ing Mori items for a while then a friend gifted a dual carry sling to me! It was so useful! Then came this design! I will prefer a thicker strap and a hidden magnetic closure but overall! I love the product! The design! The compartments are many with the zipd which makes it safer. It was raining heavily days back and the bag is rain proof! Love it!

Great design and lovely that it has a two way of carrying the bag however the back straps handle broke off quite easily after my third time using it. A bit disappointing with the quality. Hopefully they can do better with the quality control.

How can I clean the bag?
It can be thrown into washing machine to wash, except for designs with silver bag hardware such as denim. For silver hardware bag designs, please hand wash.
For daily care, you can simply use wet wipes to wipe as the exterior and interior of the bag are crafted with water-resistant fabric.
Can I choose the chain strap? Is it free?
Select pearl, silver chain or gunmetal chain to pair with your Multi-Carry Crossbody Bag ;-) We have included our recommended pairing in product photo for your reference! If you wish to add on another design for chain strap, reach out to us at hello@moriofficial.com.
And yes, chain/pearl strap is included in the price of bag as part of the design of our bag!
What is the difference between Mori Utility 4-Way Bag and Mori Multi-Carry Crossbody Bag?
The former is a utility backpack that can also be carried in tote style, and fits laptop too! The latter is a crossbody bag that is smaller in size and designed to be able to carry as handbag or cute crossbody bag on days when you feel like dressing up!
